really took me for a spin and brought up Panic attack issues, and I only took a little bit. I tried it again (this time) almost nothing and had a nice spiritual experience during meditation, but then could not sleep all night. They make you feel good These give you a high that lasts for hours for me at least 5 or so. My only complaint with edibles which isn't limited to these is just that my stomach gets upset the next morning every time.
